Julian Decludt currently serves as Senior Vice President, Post-Production, 51 Minds Entertainment.

Decludt, who first joined 51 Minds in 2012 as a post-production associate, currently oversees all post-production efforts for the Banijay-owned TV production company.

Decludt was instrumental in developing post-production processes (calendars, edit schedules, staffing, media managing) for 51 Minds’ hit unscripted franchise “Below Deck” for Bravo and Peacock.

He’s also led post-production efforts for such 51 Minds’ series as the recent reboot of “The Surreal Life,” “The Drive w/Swizz Beatz,” “TI and Tiny: Friends and Family Hustle,” “Steve Austin’s Broken Skull Challenge,” “Marriage or Mortgage,” “Truck Night in America” and “Married to Real Estate.”

Decludt began his entertainment career at ThinkFactory Entertainment, where he served as a post-production production assistant on “Gene Simmons’ Family Jewels.”
